DevOps & Platform
DevOps as a service: the catalyst for your engineering team.
Cloud-agnostic DevOps engineers who build your pipelines, infrastructure and Kubernetes platform on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, then help you run them.
- AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner
- ISO 27001 certified
In short
VA2PT's DevOps as a Service gives technology companies an experienced, cloud-agnostic DevOps team for AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. We build CI/CD pipelines with canary and blue-green releases, deploy Kubernetes on EKS, AKS or GKE with Terraform and security best practices, and review architecture against the Well-Architected frameworks and standards such as CIS and NIST.
Sound familiar?
Releases are slow and nerve-wracking
Manual deployments and no rollback plan mean every release is a risk, so teams ship less often.
Hiring DevOps engineers takes months
Senior DevOps talent is scarce and expensive, and a single hire becomes a single point of failure.
Infrastructure nobody fully understands
Resources created by hand over the years make scaling, auditing and recovery harder than they should be.
What we do
The work inside DevOps Services, run by senior engineers.
CI/CD pipelines
We design pipelines around your engineering needs in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or Cloud Build, with canary or blue-green deployments that give you safe scaling and quick rollback.
Kubernetes deployments with best practices
We deploy and scale Kubernetes on EKS, AKS or GKE with Terraform, including RBAC, Karpenter or cluster autoscaling, GPU node pools for AI workloads and observability, so clusters are secure and scalable from day one.
Infrastructure as code
We bring existing infrastructure under Terraform, so environments on any cloud are reproducible, reviewable and easy to audit.
Well-Architected reviews
Our in-house tools report across the six pillars for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud and explain each recommended change against standards such as CIS and NIST.
Observability and incident readiness
We add metrics, logs, dashboards and alerts that make problems quick to find, supporting a faster mean time to resolve.
Cloud migration and modernisation
We move workloads between data centres and clouds, including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and from VMs to containers, with planned cut-overs.
How the engagement runs
- 1
Gap analysis
We review your delivery pipeline, infrastructure, environments and incident history to find bottlenecks and risks.
- 2
Design the solution
We propose target pipelines, infrastructure layout and tooling, and evaluate options with you before building.
- 3
Implement
We build in small, reviewed increments, with infrastructure as code and documentation alongside every change.
- 4
Monitor impact
We track deployment frequency, failure rate and MTTR, and keep improving the platform with your team.

Questions buyers ask
What is DevOps as a Service?
DevOps as a Service means an external team provides the DevOps engineering your company needs, instead of you hiring and managing it all in-house. VA2PT's engineers build and maintain your CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes clusters and monitoring, and support releases and incidents. You get a team with broad experience across clouds and tools, available when you need it.
Which clouds and tools do you work with?
Our engineers are cloud-agnostic and work across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. AWS is our deepest expertise, where VA2PT is an Advanced Tier Services Partner. We commonly use Terraform for infrastructure, Kubernetes with Helm and Karpenter, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Cloud Build and Argo CD. We adapt to the tools your team already knows unless there is a clear reason to change.
What deployment strategies do you set up?
We choose based on your application and risk tolerance. Blue-green deployments run the new version beside the old and switch traffic at once, which makes rollback instant. Canary releases send a small share of traffic to the new version first and expand as metrics stay healthy. Both give you safer releases and a clear way back if something goes wrong.
Can you work alongside our existing engineers?
Yes, and that is how most engagements run. We join your channels and code review process, pair with your developers and document everything we build. Some clients want us to own DevOps end to end; others want to level up an internal team. We agree on the split of responsibilities at the start.
Can you support AI and machine learning workloads?
Yes. We set up GPU node pools, autoscaling and scheduling on Kubernetes, build pipelines that package and deploy models alongside application code, and add cost controls for GPU capacity. For model serving, retrieval pipelines and LLM security, see our AI Engineering Services.
