Sub-processors & Data Processing

This page lists the third-party sub-processors that VA2PT (Batif Services Pvt Ltd) relies on to operate va2pt.com and to deliver its services, and explains how to request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). It supports our commitments under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
Our role
For personal data submitted through this website (for example, a contact or demo request), VA2PT acts as the data fiduciary / controller. When we process data on behalf of a client during an engagement, VA2PT acts as a data processor, under the terms of the agreement with that client.

Engagement sub-processors
During a client engagement, the sub-processors involved depend on the services and the cloud you use (for example AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud) and are defined in the engagement's DPA. We do not add new sub-processors that handle your personal data without making the current list available to you.
Requesting a DPA
We offer a Data Processing Agreement to clients and prospective clients on request. It covers purpose limitation, security measures, breach notification, sub-processor management, data subject / data principal rights, and deletion or return of data at the end of the engagement. Email sales@va2pt.com with "DPA request" and the entity name, and we will send the current version.
Changes
We keep this list current as our tooling changes. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. For the authoritative, contract-specific list that applies to your engagement, refer to your signed agreement.
