No. Our engineers work across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, plus Kubernetes and the common CI/CD, observability and AI platforms on each. AWS is where we hold the deepest experience and our AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status, but most of our clients run more than one cloud.

Yes. Most clients keep their own developers and use us as the DevOps, SRE or security arm of the team. We join your Slack or Teams, work in your ticketing system and document everything, so knowledge stays with you if the engagement ends.

For most engagements we can start discovery within a week of signing. Urgent incidents and security reviews can begin sooner. Onboarding covers access, a baseline of your infrastructure and an agreed escalation path before we take on production responsibility.
